Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our fulfillment partners in Hong Kong to ensure competitive pricing and access to innovative health and beauty products.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After 12 hours, we are unable to make modifications. However, once you receive your order, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

When will my order be processed?
